What Can Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will delete your app account and the personal information associated with it, including your profile details, contact information, and in-app data connected to your account.

How to Request Deletion

Follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@fetri.co.ke using the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include a short message stating that you want your account and personal data deleted.

You can also request deletion by contacting us through the support contact in the app, or by calling us on 0718 799 082.

Information Needed to Verify Your Request

To protect your account, we need to confirm that the deletion request is genuinely from you. Please provide:

• The email address registered to your account;
• Your full name as it appears on the account;
• Any other detail that helps us verify your identity, if we ask for it.

We will only use this information to verify your identity and process your request.

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive and verify your request, we will confirm it by email, delete your account and associated personal data, and send you a final confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Processing Timeframe

We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request. You will be notified once the process is finished.

Data We May Need to Retain

Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Records required for tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons;
• Records of past advisory engagements where retention is legally required;
• Data needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or prevent fraud.

Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used for other purposes.
